Refund, Cancellation and Exchange Policy

1. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, subscription status, activation state, usage, and the reason for the request.

Refunds may be considered in cases such as duplicate payment, incorrect charge, technical failure preventing access, or a confirmed billing error.

• Refund requests must be submitted with the account email, payment reference, and reason for the request.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
• Bank, card issuer, or payment provider processing times may vary.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise, refunds may not be available after a subscription has been activated, digital access has been delivered, AI usage has started, onboarding has been completed, or services have already been partially or fully rendered.

3. Cancellation Policy

Subscription cancellation requests must be submitted through the available account, billing, or support channel. Cancellation affects future access or renewals according to the applicable package terms.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund previously paid fees unless the refund request qualifies under this policy.

4. Exchange Policy

Because Quantum Vita currently provides digital services, traditional product exchanges do not apply. Where possible, we may assist with correcting a package selection, upgrading a plan, or adjusting service access based on the circumstances.

5. Service Problems

If you experience access issues, failed activation, incorrect package assignment, or payment confirmation problems, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
