Quantum Vita does not replace professional medical judgment. All AI-generated outputs, summaries, suggestions, transcriptions, and analysis results must be reviewed and validated by a qualified healthcare professional before any medical decision is made.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The services are intended to support clinical productivity and information organization. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent disease, or provide emergency medical services.

Healthcare professionals remain fully responsible for patient care decisions, documentation accuracy, clinical validation, and compliance with applicable medical, privacy, and professional obligations.

4. Orders and Subscriptions

When you select a package or place an order through the website, you are making an offer to purchase or subscribe to the selected service. We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, or modify any order where necessary.

A subscription or package is considered active only after payment is successfully processed and confirmed, unless a free trial or manual activation has been expressly granted.
